• Program Assessment Review Prepare Project Economics Matrix – Collect and report the Project PEM KPI’s.• Project Milestone validation - bottoms up material cost targets rollup in collaboration with PCE and PPM to establish Direct material cost, SFT, PST, cost based on Low-cost sourcing and North America sourcing. • Monitoring Program Budget & Actual Expenses – DMC/TPC direct material cost, SFT supplier funded tooling, Amort Cost for secondary equipment, assembly tooling.
