I am a Fellow CA with ICAI having secured All India 37th Rank in CA finals.I possess rich professional experience of more than 10 years post qualification in handling various aspects of Corporate Finance, Taxation and statutory compliance matters. Since 2014, I have been involved in full-time Chartered Accountancy Practice and Consultation Work including Debt Syndication, Equity listings on SME Exchange, Representation at the Tax Office at various levels, Business Start-up Advisory, Business Restructuring, Implementation of Tax-effective supply chain structures, etc. I have also worked in the Credit Risk Management Group in ICICI Bank Corporate Banking division till 2013, primarily responsible for identifying key risk issues and mitigation measures with respect to lending proposals. My experience also includes One year stint at India Ratings & Research as a Credit Analyst where I also carried out various industry sector outlooks & research reports and worked on Sector Credit Factors for entities working in Automotive Components Industry to enable issuers and investors understand the building blocks used when rating companies.
