I worked as a senior software engineer and team leader at a national oil company where I learned how to deal and communicate with large teams and people from different nationalities, religions, and different social scales.When I work at Microverse that uses pair programming to teach software development where I used to code 8 hours a day remotely with other developers and have learned the skills of communication and teamwork.
