MAIP fellows are hand selected by industry professionals to engage in a 22-week, nation-wide fellowship program for young talented multicultural students. MAIP participants are set for success and obtain professional credentials as they showcase their talents and skills. At the same time, participating advertising agencies and companies have access to world-class talents fulfilling the 4A's efforts to enhance workforce diversity within the industry.🔵 The MAIP program provides diverse students the opportunity to engage, learn, and develop from experts, agency partners, and MAIP Coaches in the form of co-created content and workshops.🔵 Collaborated with cross-national teams on a social media campaign project brief for Disney's Yellow Shoes.

Passionate design students across the greater Orlando area are selected by the board of AIGA Orlando to engage in a 4-month long mentorship program. Pairing them with leading industry professionals to tackle a design brief; which for 2022 was to develop human-centered design solutions for a community's pain points. At the conclusion of the program, Mentees present their final works at the Spot Showcase - an event outfitted with a panel, special guest speakers, judging criteria, and awards. 🔵 Identified a problem within the community of college students. College acts as a dramatic point of inflection for most, where students are facing new and novel challenges. The conventional resources available to them are not optimized for the modern age; and are more often than not a source of additional friction and discouragement, rather than an effective ailment to their issues. With this in mind, and with the help and guidance of my mentor Avery Smith, I designed a platform to assist students that was modernized for the digital age: Unifi a platform that helps put the pieces together. With tailored resources and helpful data visualization that empowers students to get a better handle on challenges involving academics, career, and in their general life (like how to file taxes). 🔵 Conducted thorough competitive analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, outlined user personas and flows, built out information architecture, designed: wireframes; UI kit; interface interactions; promotional branding across multiple touchpoints; and a high-fidelity prototype. 🏆 At the 2022 Spot Showcase, I was awarded the Judge's Best Presentation Award.
