Gestion e implementacion del Plan Nacional de Conectividad Escolar

I am responsible for managing the production team. I am in charge of its eight members which are dividedinto two shifts.I am also in charge of procurement operations specific to this area. I am the bond between the customerrequirements, the production plant, and all technical matters related to purchasing the product, support orany technical activity which may impact our business.Due to this position I interact constantly with partners, customers and different areas in Grupo Nucleo suchas Logistics, SKD Production, Finances and Development.My role in the company, besides the SMT Operation aspect, has to do also with monitoring customerssatisfaction and their experience any time they contact Grupo Nucleo.

I was responsible of SKD production and I was in charge of ten people directly, and sixty indirectly.In this position, I also developed assembly production processes for desktop pc, mobile products, servers,and All-in-one systems.
