As a BIM Technician at Losinger Marazzi, my main objective is to ensure efficiency and quality in the implementation of BIM processes for project success. I coordinate models, ensuring they integrate correctly and comply with established standards and requirements. I perform technical quality control, both regarding geometry and data, and produce reports to ensure model accuracy and quality.I participate in project coordination meetings, where I facilitate communication and collaboration between different team members. I establish and manage necessary software, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure it is set up correctly and all members have access to it.I support external partners and internal teams in the use of BIM tools and the implementation of processes. I evaluate and test related processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective in meeting project needs. Additionally, I am responsible for the implementation of standards and automation of technical tasks to improve overall efficiency and ensure high-quality work.

I was in charge of managing the BIM projects of the Basel office and designing and implementing Archicad templates according to each project's needs. I worked on applying internal work standards as well as those established by SIA and ISO 19,650.My main challenge was developing new automations and control methodologies that ensured the quality of the models. The objective was to include as much relevant information as possible during the design process and reduce inefficiency costs during construction, also improving building management throughout its entire life cycle.

As a BIM Methodology Implementation Specialist, my job was to design and develop customized templates according to the client's needs for implementation in various construction projects. I also generated specific technical documentation for budgeting and manufacturing, ensuring that every detail was clearly defined and documented.My role also involved creating complex models, nested families, and developing libraries of both families and materials, based on the specific needs of the client. To ensure that the models were well-organized, I edited and organized project parameters and shared parameters.I coordinated activities with international design teams in the United States. This required clear and efficient communication to ensure that all team members were on the same page.To automate standardized processes and make work more efficient, I created custom scripts in Dynamo. This allowed me to reduce the time it took to edit and assign new parameters in multiple families included in the libraries.In addition, I verified that the standards and objectives established in the BIM Execution Plan were met to ensure that projects were developed efficiently and effectively.Finally, I prepared internal presentations and reports using Google Slides to keep my team and other staff members informed about the project's progress and the results of my work.

I defined architectural, spatial, and aesthetic specifications for the franchise based on market research. I designed adaptable furniture based on the morphological peculiarities of each location and layout disposition. I developed the spatial and architectural design of each location according to brand standards and based on the definition of essential customer characteristics. I modeled the existing conditions of each space and conducted feasibility studies based on desired capacity and available space. I designed multiple options for the layout of the salon, kitchen, bar, and counter for each location. I advised the client on the best expected economic behavior for each layout based on table temperature scheme and projected renovations per shift.
