IT Minds is an IT consultancy firm based in Aarhus, who’s specializing in efficiency improvement solutions in public institutions and private companies. As a consultant, I have the pleasure of being involved in the whole process, from product/concept development to the technical development to handing off the finished product to the customer. My main responsibilities at IT Minds have been the estimation of projects, development and technical project lead on different projects. Furthermore, i have had the opportunity to do presentations on the subject of databases to 4th-semester students at Aarhus School of Engineering.

Part of my masters I was on a combined internship and teaching. I was part of 2x2 week and 1x6 week game production team where I was Project Manager. I have also had a combined 4 weeks teaching I game production and project management.My task was to lead the production, control the daily workflow and making sure we keep within time schedule. Was assigned to help the IT responsible with setting up hardware, and other small IT problems in the company. With larger jobs, like SharePoint I was to assist.

Responsible for the workflow went as planned, and initiation of the right jobs so all of them were been taking care of and completed at the right time. In addition I handle personal management by couching, giving criticism and helping with personal subject. At the end of each shift I was charged with helping the department leader with closing and finishing up the work of the day.
