Coordination of administrative activities for Canada Retail Fuels. This coordination activity is for the following scenarios exclusively, new site (NTI), dealer changeover, Truck transport new site process, BW to BW changeover and debrands. Activities include interfacing with Branded Wholesale contacts to ensure that all required information is provided to ensure required actions are conducted according to their needs and without delays.Primary Job Functions:- Primary point of contact for BW territory managers to help facilitate new sites, changeovers and debranding activities.- Review required forms required to ensure accuracy to prevent delays or recycles.- Distribute and coordinate work efforts amongst internal parties to ensure progression of required work is completed timely, and without delays.- Coordinate bi-weekly/monthly pipeline calls with BW contacts for alignment purposes.- Prepare pipeline tracking sheet to provide updates on missing documentation and requirements from BW’s.- Ensure the BW is aligned with required or missing documentation.- Provide support to all contacts as needed (i.e., Marketing, Account Managers, Vendors)- Key interface with Imperial Account Managers in relation to new potential sites.- Adding potential sites into a mapping tool.- Provide insights to the Account Manager on key details required in order to approve or reject a new site.
