The Israel – Spain Chamber of Commerce is a Foundation under Israeli Law (it has no profit goals). Its main goal is to create a business platform and help business people, independent professionals, small-medium businesses (SMBs), firms and companies, research centers and academic institutions, etc. interested in developing their activities between Israeli and Spanish markets.The CCIE cooperates with its 'sister chamber': the Spain - Israel Chamber of Industry and Commerce located in Madrid with branches in Canarias, Valencia, Galicia and Murcia; and the Catalonia - Israel Chamber of Commerce. It counts with the help of official offices from both countries and is based on Bi-National Agreements (e.g. Avoidance of Double Taxation between Israel and Spain and Euro Customs Norms).The CCIE is convinced of the importance and leverage of the commercial and scientific cooperation between Israel and Spain, that could help the involved parts in particular and the people of both countries in general.

Objectives of the Forum:* Detect ideas and technological endeavors of young Jews in Latin America in order to help them develop in Israel, creating the optimum conditions for this to happen and thus further enhance the status of Israel "Startup Nation" as well as promoting cooperation between regions in the field of research and technological development. * Develop relationships between governments to favor diplomatic activity between Israel and the countries of Latin America, Spain and Portugal. * Build relationships with the Jewish community in the diaspora, motivated to enhance the image of the State of Israel between the media and political organizations. * Create a full contribution through diplomatic meetings. * Provide a platform for training workshops, and provide the necessary tools to various organizations abroad. * Be the liaison between these organizations and governmental players. These players will take the task of transmitting the diplomatic agenda with updated issues , to the diaspora representatives to improve their activity. * Provide solutions and assistance on diplomatic problems that are not yet resolved.
