Reporting to the General Secretary, I was in charge of providing intellectual and operational leadership in the Secretary programs; maintaining and developing relationships with and across public and private organizations and other funders of the sector; identifying new opportunities to strengthen and promote the role of the institution in the society; overseeing a team that advances strategic directions for the Secretary programs; providing advice and counsel by undertaking and overseeing specific research assignments; tracking priorities within the Secretary program; representing the Secretary externally; presenting talks and writing on matters of strategic concern; organizing meetings, convening, and conferences to advance the work of the Secretary programs; assisting with formal Secretary correspondence and communications including writing, editing, and proofing; leading and directing projects.

Reporting to the Sub-secretary of Economic Management, I was in charge of ensuring that the office has sufficient human, financial, and other resources to carry out its activities; Identifying new opportunities to strengthen and promote the role of the institution in the society; marketing and communications support, including but not limited to web design, newsletter publishing, and social media platforms; fundraising/grant application and research support; recruits, trains, coordinates and supervises the work of subordinate employees.

Creation, implementation and integral development of the Communication and Press Plan. Research of spaces in the media to promote the activities of the Foundation, including communication alliances with associations of the third sector. Control of the institutional image in all its variables.

QA and Survey of contents to be implemented on Quiero!, [quiero.com.ar]

Integral organization of the event. Editing Coordinator, 2007 & 2009 editions. Reporting to the General Manager, I coordinated the development of the website in order to show the Biennial activities. Also, I was in charge of the relationship with local artists and catalog editions.
