I'm not your average organizational psychologist.Some people believe that psychologists, as well as other HR professionals, are mostly there to agree with you. I sometimes might not, and you might thank me for it.I believe this to be essential for you and your employees to find your goals and keep your eyes - and more importantly - your movement, on target.Seeing how we spend a massive amount of our time at work, some wholeheartedly and some less so, my main goal is making the time at work really count for everyone involved.
