Hej, this is me, Matilda. I am an Agile Coach, completely in love with the agile way of working! With a background as a professional Handball player I have experienced what a great team can achieve together (and the opposite). With the agile way of working and the focus on delivering as a team, I have finally found something that match the high pace development focus I loved when playing handball. I'm an experienced project manager, inspirational speaker, facilitator and trainer. When I lead people my biggest focus lays on creating a safe environment where everyone can contribute with who they are and I also value having fun while working together highly. I recently joined the Supply organization at Ericsson as an Agile Coach, to help transform the Supply Chain Mgmt area to agile ways of working. I'm working with two different agile teams to help them adopt an agile mindset and how to use the Scrum framework and agile principles to boost their performance and create a long term high performing culture within the team.
