I've worked in every part of a full web development stack for almost a decade professionally, and far longer if we include personal projects. But to be clear, I didn't just participate. I led a *high percentage* of projects in the engineering department in general. I advocated, planned, and executed significant renovations and migrations. My opinion carries serious sway for people who have worked with me.I have enough skill at Python to do arcane metaprogramming, and the wisdom to avoid it. I write humble code for maintainability reasons, because future devs will be able to do more with easily-understood raw ingredients than they can with "extensible" overbuilt modules. While I never specialized in databases, I was able to build the tech to maintain invariants and restructure data with triggers. I can learn anything, do anything, and carry a freight train's worth of experience behind me.
