L'Oréal ACCESS, a digital learning platform under the L'Oréal Professional Products Division (PPD), serves as the premier continued eduction for the hair stylist community. As part of Columbia University's final Capstone project, I was part of the group that created a new strategic communications plan. We conducted extensive audience research through Focus Groups, Quantitative Surveys, and In-Depth Interviews to create a data-driven creative campaign with the goal of increasing awareness, sign-ups, and engagement, amongst the target audience in the professional hair stylist community.

SPS Communications: As a member of the SPS Communications intern team, I create content for SPS News, Blog, and social channels. I conduct interviews with students, faculty, and alumni to share with our community. I pitch, plan, and run initiatives to grow digital engagement, spotlight members of our community, and share the day in the life of my fellow students.Career Design Lab: At the CDL, I was tasked with performing an exhaustive situational analysis and primary research, and then creating a brand-new strategic communications plan. During my time there, I also lead the Social Media team, where I planned, delegated, and executed content on all social and digital platforms. I was part of the Wellness, Marketing, and Project Success teams.

Worked closely with the President to plan a number of communication efforts to be implemented during the summer and fall.Created content for the chamber's social media channels and newsletters, along with marketing materials for multiple conferences and summits. Put together a two-day Board of Directors summer meeting, where I created all the communication materials, and presentations, and assisted in the event planning. I also assisted in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding a new team of trainees for the fall.

In charge of all marketing activities for the museum and all it's entities. This included planning and executing marketing, PR, & Social media strategies for the museum, restaurant, three exhibitions as well as events, tastings, and conferences.Managed all digital platforms, such as the website, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Google Business. Communication lead for multiple exhibition openings per year. The museum owns several historic art collections, among them the Absolut Art Collection.During my time, I handled the openings of the following (amongst others):- Champagne!- Under ytan (Under the Surface) – Bertil Vallien- Absolut Art Collection – The Wilder Side- David Shrigley – Exhibition of giant inflatable swan-things- Absolut Art Collection – Photo- Staff’s Choice- Absolut Art Collection: The Party is Over- Fashion CocktailMy responsibilities also entails all in-house communication.

Managed all events, leads, the Upsales website, as well as all advertising. Planned and lead local and national events, among them a nationwide tour - Upsales on Tour.Assisted in building new parts of the website and was responsible for managing the site using Episerver. Qualified and delegated incoming leads to the sales team. I also handled all contact and planning of our advertisements, both digital and print.

Managed all hospitality clients.Created weekly agendas and recaps for meetings, scanned daily for press mentions and opportunities and assisted in the continuous pitching of our clients to relevant media. Assisted in the execution of the PR plans in place and worked closely with the media to find and pitch suitable placements. Was also the intern coordinator for the hospitality department - responsible for finding, interviewing, hiring and managing a team of interns each semester.Clients included: Committee, Boston Harbor Hotel, Boston Marriott Hotel, The Smoke Shop, The Palm Boston, Glendalough Whisky.

As Style Section Editor I was in charge of planning the content for this section and delegate assignments to the team. I reviewed, edited, and published the chosen articles and assisted the president in any way needed.

In this role I had a broad range of responsibilities. I was in charge of scheduling and holding weekly board meetings, putting together the agenda, as well as see through actions decided in the meetings. I also managed the Chamber's member roster, which included sending out invoices and updating contact information. Together with a webbdesigner we launched a new webiste which I was in charge of updating.
