I started as a bartender and was promoted to a bar supervisor after six months. At the beginning of 2022, I was promoted to Venue Manager position. I managed a small team of fifteen people. In my first three months as manager, I increased the venue's profits by 83 percent. I worked with the bar supervisors and the venue owners to develop and manage new events, such as fortnightly bottomless mimosas on Saturdays and coming into summer we are introducing Sunday Sessions. I worked with supervisors to make the venue a safer space for women and LGBT+ people by promoting Ask for Angela and the Welcome Here Project. I frequently mediated disputes between staff and patrons. I manage and oversee all platforms of social media for the business, I have close relations to the owners and design company which they provide posters to promote deal and forthcoming events.

After eight months, I was promoted to Administration Coordinator. In this role, I completed 10A and 10B Development/ Building Approval for ACT and NSW from the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate and five Local NSW surrounding Councils. I managed around 40 Development Approval jobs and over 60 Building Approval jobs at once. Partnered closely with draftsmen, certifiers, engineers, architects, and construction managers. I worked closely with my manager in both roles. When I started my role as Administration Coordinator, all the current jobs in the approval stage were handwritten on a white board in the backroom. I noticed that jobs were often forgotten about or missed. To resolve this issue, I decided to digitise this data into an Excel spreadsheet to prevent future mistakes and make the list much clearer and more concise.

I started at the construction company Spanline Home Additions as a receptionist. In addition to my administrative duties, I made new construction files once the deposits were paid after receiving completed signed contracts from the designers. I helped take the lead enquiries from paper written to an excel spreadsheet, which the designers found a lot easier to use and no lead could be lost.
