• I was responsible for researching Venture Capital firms, assisting in the development of pitches, and sending out applications to the VC firms on behalf of the company.Working at Bread Free Sl. was a great opportunity to understand how startup firms function. I got first hand knowledge on how to work in a firm at the bleeding edge of biotech; which included prioritizing critical business tasks and managing the fundraising and growth strategies of a business.

• I was in charge of the Sales and Distribution of two (2) market leading products for the entire North Central region of Nigeria including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja (Capital of Nigeria).• Creating and setting the Annual Operations Plan (AOP) for my region. This was done every year, then revised monthly to create monthly targets for the region, branch, and team members.• Oversaw the day-to-day activities of my team members – 8 direct reports and 26 indirect reports. My role included ensuring that everyone carried out their duties effectively.• I grew market share and sales of the 2 products I oversaw, by a cumulative 22.5% in my assigned region.• I motivated and led my team to achieve the highest sales ever recorded in my branch. We maintained this streak for three (3) consecutive months. As a result of this, we were invited to the Headquarters in Lagos and recognized nationally for our handwork and diligence. It also served as the catalyst for rapid promotions above my cohort within the company.

• Organized and scheduled meetings and appointments of the Chancellor.• Produced and distributed correspondence - memos, letters, faxes, and forms on behalf of the Chancellor.• Compilation and review of applicants resume for various positions.
