For my master’s thesis, I was responsible for identifying the user experience improvement needs of the Skattekonto e-service for the Swedish Tax Agency. I set a suitable objective and research methods, she planned and conducted usability tests and user interviews with five members of the public to identify unmet user needs and I created an analytical framework to evaluate the findings. Based on my insights, I designed a Hi-Fi prototype for Skattekonto, implementing the new design system and collaborating with in-house UX designers to ensure the design met client requirements and WCAG 2.0 standards. I performed a heuristic evaluation of her prototype to ensure usability standards were met. My work culminated in a comprehensive evaluation and redesign, significantly enhancing the e-service's user experience.

During my 1.5 years at the company, I designed websites and managed agile projects from the initial customer meeting to the finished product and satisfied stakeholders. In my design work, I developed wireframes, mockups and Hi-Fi prototypes as well as graphic profiles and other graphic elements. Together with the customer, I produced requirement specifications and agile time plans for projects. As a web developer, I built websites and creative solutions in WordPress, Shopify, MailChimp and Magento based on the customer's unique needs. No two projects were alike and it was essential to be challenge-oriented and be able to learn and implement new methods under time pressure. I did A / B testing in Google Optimize and evaluated performance in Google Analytics.

In this project at a start-up focused on digital solutions for the Telecom industry, I played multiple roles: UX researcher, UX designer, UI designer, and Web developer. I spearheaded the creation of a broadband speed test for a specific target audience. Leading the design process, I conducted competitor analysis, stakeholder interviews, identified user needs, and proposed a design solution.I created a graphic identity and prototype in Figma and developed the approved design using the Quasar framework and Vue.js, effectively communicating the solution to stakeholders.
