Me and my globally based team are developing a business within Aluminium machining. We are developing our offer both through internal product development as well as acquiring companies to complete our offer. In addition to my role, I’m an internal facilitator on the Sandvik Global Leadership program. Through that I have the possibility to participate and support the development of our leaders within Sandvik as well as continues development of myself in leadership.

I’m responsible for the turning offer from Sandvik Coromant, toll holders and inserts in cemented carbide used for metal cutting. I have the responsibility to drive a profitable and competitive portfolio consisting of turning products as well as digital solutions connected to the products such as product data, knowledge and methods. In my team I have currently 7 product managers managing our tuning offer. I have a broad network within the company as well as towards our customers and markets. The network is used to gather data and business intelligence to update and take care of the portfolio we have, update strategies, plan and initiate new products etc. to make sure that we still are the leaders within our business even in 5 to 10 years from now.
