As part of the “Saldo group” at the Healthcare Billing department, I have mainly supported customers and colleagues in various financial and administrative issues regarding patient fees and healthcare regulations. The group has been responsible for retrieving documents, invoicing and subsequent flows with disputes, payment reminders and debt collection cases. My duties have, among other things, consisted of ongoing bookkeeping, registration of direct debit, handling of payments, reconciliation of balance accounts, write-offs, debt settlement, setting up an installment plan, contact with the debt collection company and training. I have worked a lot with customer ledgers and classified information.

Main tasks and responsibilities included handling the influx of receipts, bookkeeping of the union’s transactions, and following up budgets for the different committees.
