Multidisciplinary background including Customer Services, Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Key Account management, project management and process improvement.As part of the Supply Chain team, I was involved in the implementation of the European Supply Chain Organization project in Spain for The Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment division (2004). From 2006 onwards, I have been leading different European projects from the Customer Services and Supply Chain perspective: Internal Audit process implementation (2006), SAP upgrade and Query Management System alignment across Europe (2007), new warehouse implementation (2008), Customer Services reorganization for German/Benelux market (2009) Warner Bros. Supply Chain implementation (2010), Warner Bros. customer services outsourcing project (2011), and most recently, Internal downsizing and internal restructuration (2012)
