I built an online community of 25K members (TravelB4Settle), launched a remote work course, and managed a team of 30 volunteers, gaining expertise in recruitment and team management. My work has been shared and recognized at conferences and events worldwide.During the pandemic, I co-founded Remote Portugal to enhance remote work experiences and organized the first Workation in Portugal, which received national media attention.
