Leading the development of the MEAL department for a €10M budget mission focused on health, MHPSS, and SRHR, with a strong emphasis on emergency preparedness and response, funded by key donors including CDCS, ECHO, and BMZ. - Spearhead the creation and development of the MEAL department, building it from the ground up.- Develop and implement key MEAL frameworks, strategies, and SOPs to ensure programme effectiveness, quality, and accountability.- Collaborate with programme teams for data collection, progress tracking, and performance reporting on key indicators.- Lead capacity building initiatives, including training and workshops, for MdM staff and partners.- Manage comprehensive project evaluations, including mid-term, real-time, and final assessments.- Establish and oversee Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) activities, including robust Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanisms (FCRM).

Selected as a member of ACF's Emergency Response and Preparedness Unit pool of experts, I am available for deployment on short-term missions to address urgent humanitarian needs. As a roster member, I regularly participate in sector-specific training related to emergency interventions (Cash programming, Humanitarian access, MHPSS, Advocacy, etc.).

General project and grant management as Manager of the Project Development Department, supervising six projects implemented in Blue Nile and Gedaref states (food security and livelihoods, nutrition, shelter/NFI, WASH, protection) for a total budget of € 5.5 million; WFP, UNHCR, UNICEF, ECHO, French Embassy (AAP) as donors:- Lead the proposal development cycle.- Ensure the implementation of project activities by working in close liaison with the Programme, M&E, Support departments.- Donor fundraising and development of the country programmatic and financial strategy.- Supervision of reporting and contractual follow-up.- Facilitate internal coordination and information sharing within the mission and with ACTED HQ.- Support to external communications strategy.

General project and grant management support as Project Development Focal Point for four projects implemented in Libya (general protection, child protection and education, economic development) for a total budget of € 7.5 million; EUTF, UNHCR, ECHO as donors:- Support to the proposal development cycle.- Ensure the implementation of project activities by working in close liaison with the Programme, M&E, Support departments.- Donor reporting and contractual follow-up.- Ensure partnerships contractualisation and performance monitoring.- Support to internal and external communications strategy through social media updates.

General project and grant management support as Project Development Focal Point for nine projects implemented in Libya (general and child protection, civil society organizations, humanitarian information management and coordination) for a total budget of € 6.8 million; ECHO, GIZ, SDC, BHA, IMPACT, British Council as donors:- Support to the proposal development cycle.- Ensure the implementation of project activities by working in close liaison with the Programme, M&E, Support departments.- Donor reporting and contractual follow-up.- Ensure partnerships contractualisation and performance monitoring. - Support to internal and external communications strategy through social media updates.

General project coordination support for all UNHCR Tunisia-implemented projects, with EUTF, DG HOME & Government of Italy, SDC, Government of the Netherlands, Monegasque Cooperation for Development, ADA, JICA, GCC private sector actors and foundations as donors:- Support to the proposal development cycle.- Ensure smooth monitoring & evalutation of activities by working in close liaison with the implementing partners, and specifically through regular exercises of indicators tracking and performance evaluation. - Ensure timely donor reporting and contractual follow-up.- Ensure effective internal and external coordination with Program, Protection, Executive units, Field offices and other UN Agencies and humanitarian actors in the country, as well as national and local authorities.

General programme management support for all UNRWA West Bank-implemented programmes (Health, Education, Relief and Social Services):- Ensure effective external relations with international donors, CSOs, local authorities and beneficiaries;- Ensure smooth internal coordination and drafting of official documents and reports (e.g. Local Procurement Process, Field Investigation Intake Process); - Support to the Protection Department in the elaboration of vulnerability assessments, cash assistance forms and training packages; - Leading and conducting a field assessment of beneficiaries' access to services (face-to-face interviews).
