    In this positions I've maintained three main tasks, mainly as showroom coordinator, but also planning and coordinating events, and as project manager on product launches. Showroom coordinator: In this role, I've coordinated all parts of creating a new showroom; Construction, interior planning, selecting furniture and fabrics/colours/surfaces. Once all details are selected, I have made sure all actions are done; Ordering furniture, designing custumized furniture solutions (shelves and tables drawn in 2D and 3D and coordinated with local carpenters), keeping track of timeplans and handled budgets. Apart of creating new showrooms, I've also maintained existing showrooms, either by specific requests from colleques around the world, or by continiously updating with new textiles.Event coordination: Furnishing exhibition stands in different scales, from large international setups to 1-day small fairs. Taking care of the logistics of moving furniture, reupholstery of furniture and creation of new furniture pieces. Coordinating details with sales representatives located on the fair.Also planning of recurring exhibitions located in three scandinavian showrooms. This implies concept development, sketching and designing creative and artistic setups, contacting artists for collaboration and gathering material for display.Project management: This area evolves around bringing new products to market. I have been responsible for making timeplans and making sure all involved departments follow these or adjust accordingly. This task has given me great insight into the tasks of different departments (from Design, to purchace/logistics, quality, marketing and production), and a great understanding of the connections and logistics between all departments.Results: - I've lead the project of opening 8 new showrooms in a two-year period, creating a strong brand-concept across all showrooms.- Managing 10 product launches (new fabrics) simultaneously within a one-month period.

Responsible for marketing and graphic creations such as; - Maintainance of website- Photography of products for Instagram profile, planning of content for Instagram and posting.- Graphic layout of posters and product leaflets- Customer supportResults: - Created technical drawings of all sofas in the portfolio (9 different styles)- Created 5 own designs to the product portfolio (Shelves, display cabinet, chair and coat racks)
