My main area of practice is renewable energy law - in particular offshore wind projects. I have been advising on offshore wind projects with a total capacity of more than 15,000 MW in Europe, Asia and the US, including Baltica 2, Aflandshage, Ocean Wind, Borkum Riffgrund 3, Gode Wind 3, Greater Changhua 1 & 2a, Sunrise Wind, South Fork Wind, Revolution Wind, Borssele 1 and 2, Walney Extension, Borkum Riffgrund 2, Race Bank, Burbo Bank Extension, Gode Wind, Gunfleet Sands, Anholt and Borkum Riffgrund. I further advise on geothermal energy, onshore wind projects and other projects in the renewable energy business, e.g. biogas and solar energy. In addition to renewable energy law, I advise on construction law, OT security, IT law and other technology related projects. I assist Danish and international clients in negotiating and drafting complex contracts within these areas, including the various FIDIC suite of contracts, and provide advice on various related topics such as intellectual property rights, dispute resolution as well as general commercial law. Specialities:✔ Drafting and negotiation of contracts within the wind energy sector, e.g. turbine supply agreements, service and warranty agreements and balance of plant agreements. ✔ Drafting and negotiation of other construction, production and infrastructure contracts, including FIDIC suite of contracts. ✔ Advising on the regulatory framework and conditions for offshore, near-shore and onshore wind farms. ✔ Advising on acquisitions and divestments within the renewable energy business. ✔ Drafting and negotiation of contracts within the IT industry, e.g. the various IT standard contracts for system procurement (K01, K02), iterative contracts (e.g. K03), cloud contracts (e.g. Office 365), hosting agreements, licence agreements and service level agreements.I am a certified IT-Mediator.
