Hi-Lite Mfg is a light manufacturing company out of Southern California that provides commercial grade lights and services for the ENTIRE WORLD. Every path you walk, every piece of art that's accented, the restaurants you dine in and the homes you dance in are probably illuminated by Hi-Lite or a company that knocked off their designs.I coordinated with Bold Array, Melodic Design, Golden Graphix and a slew of other magnificent companies in developing media for the web and print. I designed e-mail blasts, managed the blog and developed social media strategies.I also managed the SEO (got us from page 1-3 for various keywords), Web Analytics, and product database.

I provided regular updates and web support for the campaign website as well as consulted on the development and drafting of a non-profit coordinating with community organizations and various members in city politics.

I was originally hired as a Special Operations Manager and was tasked with first hiring a small team of interns who would provide the "everything factor" aka "do everything and go unthanked" but instead I hired and directed a team of 12 interns who did a magnificent job of laying out the infrastructure for the campaign!
