(Reporting to CFO & CEO) Payment pre-audit authentication of Sales commission, Construction contracts, import clearing services etc. in accordance with the respective agreements. Review of monthly bank reconciliation statements Coordination with external auditors for statutory audits. Legal and corporate matters and liaison with legal advisers of the company for drafting contracts and cases.O: Divisional Responsibilities: As A.M Home Textile Division (Dyeing, Printing, Stitching) , responsible for: Preparation of Monthly Accounts of the division and co-ordination with Dy. Chief Financial Officer for consolidation with other divisions. Reviewing the divisional reports for submission to top management. Review of monthly budgeting and contribution margin analysis of the division. Review of Monthly stock valuation, raw material, stores and fuel & power consumption.
