Tasks of the internship were divided into two general sections – consular department issues and searching for new economic opportunities for Latvian entrepreneurs. Greatest outcome was the implementation of the mobile passport project.

Tasks were to find potential partners for customer companies and communicating with the potential partners. Another was the researching different goods markets and representing the results in reports.

The aim of the project was to contact a large number of companies via telephone and have interviews and understand the opinions of the companies in order to determine the “index of grey entrepreneurship”.

Tasks included analyzing company’s employee satisfaction level via the employee satisfaction survey as well as organizing human resource decisions and inputting them in the data base.
