More about me:Creating Bovine Studio in 2016/2017 was an eye opener for me, as it gave me a deeper understanding of the complexity of product design and what it is to visualise, develop, create, and run a brand. Similarly, at Secrid in 2018 I started as a product designer working in the R&D department, where I was involved in the development of new consumer products, point-of-sales material and collection updates. This gave me a broad understanding of the complete process of getting goods to market. During my time as designer within the company, one of my focus areas was to create a better internal development process to increase efficiency and output. This allowed me to dive deeper into design methodologies, team building and organisational structures. The outcome of this experience has been the implementation and further development of Holacracy within Secrid, as well as the refinement of the internal design method that was thought of by one of the founders. Due to my internal drive and aspiration to contribute to society, I took the decision to start working part time (4 days) at Secrid. In order to create my own methodology. My goal with this, is to create a framework that is simple enough to implement at an early stage of a company’s development, as well as to help support them into adopting sustainable- and ultimately more restorable business practices. A tool for entrepreneurs to create a complete commercial vision within our changing world.
