As an Asst. Program Facilitator at Corbrook’s skill development adult day program, my responsibility is to prepare lesson plans and resources required for individual’s development. Verify client’s information as required, develop service plans and implement. Deliver financial and support services to clients. Counselling and directing client to appropriate training, employment, health, social services and community services program. Collect and disburse monies on behalf of clients. Manage individual’s progress through planned steps and actions to make their lives valued in the society. As a Serving Coordinator at Liberty Grand, I work closely with the customer to deliver food and beverage services. I monitor, order and maintain supplies/resources for the customer, operate office equipment and computers utilizing a variety of software packages. I attend meetings, take and transcribe minutes. I receive and record payments, complete documentation and reconcile funds to make the job easy for our Finance department.I am working in the field of service environment for more than five years where I accomplished with exclusive experience of dealing people of different level. I have been working continuously in compliance with the provisions of the occupational Health & Safety Act. As well as being a quick learner, I am a hard worker and able to work well independently and as part of a team. I have consistently maintained a professional and kind conduct when dealing with people and received many compliments for my prompt and friendly services.
