Arranging travel and hoteling arrangements for the employees going on off-the-job trainings.Arranging annual management goal setting meetings and finalizing necessary formalities with regard to it.6. Preparing organizational charts department wise and make amendments in case of changes in the HR staffing.7. Identifying critical and key positions in the organizations. Select and identify “Successors” of the key/critical positions in coordination with concerned division/department heads. Review and analyse performance results for identified “Successors”.8.
