I am motivated leader with 8 years of experience in leading international teams of engineers responsible for design, production, installation and maintenance of complex electronics systems. As a leader I am considered to be a team player dedicated helping employees improve their skills and techniques needed to reach the goals. My professional field of interest is leading a team of electronics R&D. I have vast experience in bringing complex electronic components and systems from idea to reality. During the course of my work I have extended my knowledge to various fields – leadership, project management, supplier management as well as developed soft skills needed to be effective in my area of work. The projects that I am and was involved in also brought me the skills needed for EC conformity of electronic components and systems as well as base knowledge of medical device certification. I believe I have strong analytical skills, being able to help the team to understand the core of a problem and then systematically find an applicative solution. Throughout this process, I strive to find the techniques and technologies that solve the problem most efficiently and provide a long term and quality solution rather than a “quick fix” thus ensuring long term maintainability. I like to do things well, with quality being my top concern.
