I'm an self-starter and flexible team player with innovative ideas, start-up spirit and solid technical abilities that helps companies create enjoyable working environment and high performing teams while fostering a knowledge sharing and collaboration culture through almost twenty years of success. I began my career as a UX/UI designer and front-end developer. When I reached a point where I was able to solve most problems I decide to get out of my comfort zone and learn back-end development. Breakthrough Achievement:2005, as a freelancer I designed and developed website for Airport Dubrovnik2013, as a back-end developer I designed and implemented about 80% of back ends modules used by new application for corporate/SME loan approval and disbursement in one of biggest bank in Croatia (220M€ corporate/SME loans per year)2014, as a software development team lead I was selected by senior management in team of just twenty to design and implement it transformation roadmaps. I was lucky enough to be selected as member of it architecture board (eight members from over 200 prospective recruits) and to led a few teams on a few strategic projects. My contribution was recognized with outstanding feedback in annual performance appraisals.
