• Responsible for the weekly rostering of Front Office staff as well as managing staffing levels based on occupancy and budget• Complaint handling and online review:- via Revinate to ensure all reviews are replied to- follow up via phone and email- weekly reporting to maintenance and housekeeping to ensure complaints are actioned and improved on.• Managing staff performance, staff reviews, hiring and incentive programs• Managing rates/specials through the hotel’s website, GDS and all other third party websites ensuring all information is current• Managing all group bookings• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance operations to ensure standards are maintained. This includes deep cleaning schedules and running proactive maintenance programs.

• Responsible for the weekly rostering of Front Office / Concierge staff and managing staffing levels based on occupancy and budget• Resolving customer queries and complaints• Updating and maintaining the policies and procedures for the Front Desk• Performing quality control checks of guest rooms and working closely with Housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained• Managing the Maintenance department’s daily tasks by scheduling times for job completion and following up on outstanding jobs

• Working closely with the Sales Manager and Front Office to communicate rate plans and promotions in order to maximise occupancy of rooms• Liaising and building close relationships with clients, travel agents and inbound operators• Assisting the sales department with budgeting and annual forecasting• Ensuring the Reservations department runs smoothly by effectively training and motivating the team to sell rooms and provide superior customer service• Responsible for maintaining the in-house reservations systems• Responsible for managing advertised rates/specials through the hotel’s website, GDS and all other third party websites
