“The world is made by the people who show up for the job - so whats next on the agenda?”Brining the latest in effective treatment into practice and training the NEXT Generation of Great Behavior Therapists & Creating A Brighter Future for FamiliesOver the years of my life I have worked at every level within my field. I have moved from providing direct support services at summer camps and in school settings to individual in home, center based, and community intervention. In that time I have moved across the roles of direct service provision to senior and lead therapist, case manager, and then eventually board certified supervisor, followed by helping setup from scratch or to transition to insurance funded a variety of in home and center based agencies. I have worked as both a healthcare provider and as a medical insurance agency therapist until moving to the point of establishing my own independent agency. As an individual who was labeled "special needs," (who didn't learn to read until fifth grade), and had an individualized education plan for most of his childhood. I have spent time on both sides of the IEP and exceptional needs service table. I feel this experience is at the heart of why I care so deeply about helping those I work with and a large part of why I can build rapport and connect quickly with my clients. My ultimate goal in life has always been to continue paying forward the energy and care of the many people who strived to ensure that I would be successful in life. Each day if I can help make even just one youth's life better or advance the field through facilitating the development of current and future clinicians - I count that as a victory.Specialties: Insurance Paneling|Applied Behavior Analysis|Clinical Behavior Analysis|Pediatric Feeding|Aceptance and Commitment Therapy|UCLA PEERS Program|Pivotal Response Therapy|Independent Living Specialist - Certified|Advanced Mediation Utilizing the NCRC Method|Statistical Analysis and Research
