Being a part of SoftwareOne commercial transformation motion and seeing a huge shift of spend related to IT assets into the operational expenditure model, I saw a tremendous opportunity for customers benefiting from FinOps. My mission was to raise awareness in the newly emerging operating model among customers, and show them value from building FinOps practice. First challenges of customers starting their cloud journey is cost allocation and spotting savings opportunities. To address first FinOps goals and get on track with variable cost model control is crucial to have proper reporting capabilities and ability to track progress (for savings and maturity). Here is where customers often see a value in dedicated FinOps platform enabling smooth cloud consumption showback to responsible individuals and tailored saving recommendations positioned in the right business context. I used to show to customers how the above can be achieved with Pyracloud (now Goatpath) FinOps certified platform and helped them along the way with its adoption in concert with FinOps principles and best practices.

Verification of functionalities used compared to entitlements.Experiance in other SAM Assessments for such as: RedHat subscription both for operating system and JBoss middleware, Postgree DB subscriptions and Adobe and AutoCAD licensing.
