My career has been one of continual growth and progress, through both internal & external Environment Health and Safety training as well as IST training. I enjoy working with people, providing training and developing others in order to maximize their potentials as well as working on process improvement to increase the companies Quality and Safety as well as ROI. I have found the best reward in my career is assisting others to reach their goals so they too can grow along with me. To learn something new everyday will give you a sense of confidence and the ability to truly understand how you are achieving something great for yourself or for someone else.
