As Cross-Fleet Senior Controls Engineer I’m responsible for design, development, and engineering for multiple oOEM Control Systems. I also provide technical guidance & engineering to the Sales & Commercial teams and to Customers regarding development, application, maintenance and upgrades. Responsibilities:- Technical lead on Siemens SPPA-T2000 / SPPA-T3000 Control Systems- Provide recommendations and solutions to support a variety of customer needs/requests- Prepare and assist with technical proposals- Support the development of new technology- Partner with the Engineering & Commercial teams to drive total plant solutions for customers.- Lead the conceptual design, cross-functional development, and delivery and execution of various solutions and outcomes- Partner and collaborate with customers on custom solutions with positive impact to customer performance and fleet performance and customer proposals- Work with Customers and User Groups to determine what products, upgrades and services are required to meet demands, to meet customer’s needs as well as long term performance and product requirements- Resolve in-depth, technical issues for customers in an efficient and timely manner- Partner with GE Power Services and GE Power Digital in the areas of Monitoring & Diagnostics and Software & Analytics to support remote monitoring and analytics capabilities - Review customer specifications and ensure offering satisfies requirements and identify exceptions and/or clarifications- Prepare and deliver technical presentations at customer meetings and conferences

The Plant Support Center (PSC) provides direct access to a global network of technical specialists to support troubleshooting, to analyse equipment trends or to provide support during assessment and recommissioning.
