After four years of being a participant, I've grown into a Eurocamp Team Leader role. Eurocamps are international summer camps taking place in multiple European countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, Russia, Malta, etc.). They bring together teenagers aged 15-19 for two weeks of networking, workshops, cultural exchange, and fun. As a Eurocamp Team Leader, I'm responsible for the Czech group of participants, for running camp workshops, and coordinating the program.
