I am a hands on learner, student, fitness coach and adapter. I much rather be thrown to the wolves and learn from it than listen to a speech on how to defend yourself from wolves. That being said I still believe in goal setting and plan execution. I'm currently studying business, coaching fitness and constantly looking for ways to grow. You can find me listening to podcast about new innovations, music drives my creativity and I want to make a difference. I firmly believe that when you put yourself in tough situations you learn who you are and you can decide who you want to become.
