Excellence, effectiveness, enthusiasm and ethical behavior are the guiding principles I have used throughout my human services and health care career. Having had the experience of being recruited, developed and mentored by great leaders, it is my goal to provide future leaders with the same opportunities to become their best selves professionally and personally. With my BASW and 50+ graduate hours as my educational foundation, I have integrated my passion for knowledge with compassion for people to close the gap between research and practice to improve the quality of life of all people with and for whom I work.The Matrix of Needs is my current project, the culmination of two years of research and writing. The responses from teachers, psychologists, family members and some of the people I have directly supported have encouraged me to keep on this path. 2021 is the year the Matrix of Needs will be presented at workshops in California, Ohio and Australia, with more to come.
