Working as Customer Support with Supply Change Management

I have been contracted at Sony Ericsson until July 2009.I have been working as second line support with dispatching infra tickets to other teams and third line support in Basis AM team. I have worked with setting upp all new users in SAP systems and done the transport imports into all production systems through STMS.I have been the responsible transport manager during all releases within SE since September 2007. In the work as transport manager I have been coordinating all the transports in all systems (BW, ERP, CRM, SCM and SRM). When Solution Manager was implemented at 2008 I was included in the test group and was assigned as super user to help and assist in the education of the tool.Since October 2008 I have been in third line support as a member of the SAP AM Basis team. The main assignment was to solve and support the business with all incidents in the production environments related to Basis issues. Daily monitoring/checks of the system was also done.

At Bahnhof I started to work with phone support for all private customers in their Internet connection. I was solving issues with helping the customers over the phone and also logging issues to the local internet support. Bahnhof is the internet provider the customer could choose from in the city network. After a couple of months I advanced to be the responsible person for all new registrations of new private customers. After some time with the registrations I moved to be the responsible for solving technical Issues that the support could not solve over the phone with customers, this also included some company connections in the city networks.
