- Manage day to day accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual closing- Calculation of accruals and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts- Prepare monthly variance and forecast analysis of the results for management- Ongoing cost follow up and analysis- Budgeting and forecasting- Misc ad hoc projects and continuously work to further develop the finance department

Worked the first few year as Finance Controller for our Scandinavian business, where we acted as support to our franchisees as well as to our own 25 company restaurants. In 2004 our company restaurants were sold and we became a pure Franchisor. As a result of not have any company restaurants anylonger we reduced our headcount and our former Finance Director for the Scandinavian Business was promoted to CFO for EMEA and I was appointed his successor as Finance Manager while I also kept my previous role as Controller. Short after my promotion to Finance Manager and Controller my geographical area of responsiblity as Controller was expanded to also include greater parts of Europe and Middle East with work such as budgeting, forecasting, monthly reports and analyses of results incl memos. I have also supported the Nordic's and Dutch's business from a financial perspective where I have added value to the Operations, Marketing and New Development of restaurants. In 2006 we implemented SAP successfully in Sweden and many control functions in accordance with SOX were also implemeted. In addition to the financial responsibilities I had for our two legal enitites in Sweden and Netherlands (2010-) I worked as Finance Controller for EMEA Franchise & Emerging Market Division which included 1000+ restaurants. In early 2011 I acted as interim Finance Director for the EMEA F&EM division.

Served as Chief Accountant for Northern Europe incl Nordics, Baltics and UK with personell of six people where I was responsible for all accounting, reporting, analysis and consolidation of all grographical and legal entities within the division. This meant a great deal of coordination, coaching and support also to the finance staff who worked for our sister companies in Finland and the Baltics as well as external book-keeping providers. In addition to this I also contributed for a system implementation according to timetable.
