Assisted nursing staff by providing services to residents and meeting their needs. My role as service host at Serafen was important to provide extra security, structure and a golden edge to the residents. I was responsible for storage space, orders, flower care, source sorting and coffee for residents and staff. From breakfast to dinner, I had various tasks, including that I participated as an accompanying support person during doctor visits. I also took walks with the elderly and had coffee outdoors to hang out together twice a week. It was much appreciated.

Roaming:I was responsible for the technical configuration and the administrative part to enable international mobile operators to use each other's networks when roaming with Telia.- Managed customer orders including IR.21 form.- Negotiated and approved signalling between customer and other (3G and 4G) signalling counterparts.- Implemented changes in signalling number plan and routing based on customer orders or other signalling models.- Troubleshooting signalling between Telia and counterparts to locate number routing errors.Continued with this role in parallel with Technical Coordinator roaming.Telephony:I was responsible for part of about ten different projects for digitizing Telia's international telephone networks move traffic from traditional- to IP-telephony. Expanded the number of new customers, tested new customers, changed existing customer relationships that Telia collaborated with worldwide.I participated in technical project VoIP (Voice over IP) where I contributed with parameter setting, configuration and testing of the first SIP and H323 customers at Telia Carrier via Direct Link. I connected transmission on channel level between transmission and telephony equipment.
