Work as Interim Manager, Senior Advisor and Senior Project Manager within Product Development Industry

Work as Program Manager in the Automotive industry with All Wheel Drive components. The program works cross functional with mechanics, electronics and software and are produced in a production lines in Hungary with prototype and testing support in Landskrona. Core team for each product consists of R&D project manager, industrialization project manager, sales manager, purchasing lead, logistics and QA. Close and frequent communication with the customer with follow up on progress and issue resolution. Stakeholder communication with BorgWarner management as well as with the customer.
