I develop and evolve innovative business models that enable strategic enterprise sales and commercial development initiatives to create greater value. As Principal Researcher at Ericsson Research, I am investigating how to effectively capture value from 5G and 6G technologies, focusing on developing platform and ecosystem strategies. This research aims to identify new revenue streams and business models enabled by these advanced technologies and examines their integration into global markets.Technology development can give us an advantage in the market, but commercial development enables us to make money from this advantage. I bring proven know-how to identify, quantify, and maximize the value created through commercial development and sales programs.My skills are founded on many years of theoretical and practical experience developing and implementing business models at varying scales. I have led enterprise-wide initiatives where the imperative is to adapt mature practices to maximize commercial value. And I’ve also led business modeling at innovation hubs where the focus is on proving the value delivered by early-stage solutions, often working at the forefront of disruptive technologies. In these roles, a key element of my work involves translating complex business models into understandable terms, helping people who design, produce, sell, and deliver products and services to understand exactly where and how value is created.I have successfully applied this approach to sales and business development initiatives ranging from large-scale network transformation programs, where we created a business model for value-driven enterprise customer transition, to technology incubators.The key to business models and value is their application. My passion is to open up discoveries that show how enhanced value can be extracted from business model innovation.
