Liseberg is one of Northern Europe’s leading amusement park with over 2,5 million visitors yearly, a 1.6 billion SEK turnover and with over 400 annual employees and approximately 2 300 seasonal employees. The park opened in 1923 and has today over 40 rides and attractions, as well as games, music scenes, a dance floor, theaters and a large number of restaurants and cafés. Liseberg is wholly owned by the City of Gothenburg. The Finance function consists of four departments; accounting, business controlling, IT and warehouse and employs 40 annual, and 25 seasonal employees.

Eckes-Granini Group is one of Europe's leading juice companies, with sales of over 900 million euros in both the retail and foodservice sector in most of Western Europe. Since 2007 the company has been represented in Sweden by Brämhults Juice AB. Following the acquisition of Arla's juice business in May 2016, the company also include the trademarks God Morning, JO and Sagolika in the product portfolio and the company is now market leader in Sweden with a turnover of 900 million SEK.

Almondy is an entrepreneurial company that produce and sell frozen cakes under their own brand. Current turnover 460 MSEK. Distribution within both the retail and foodservice sector with approximately 70% of the volume exported. The group includes two subsidiaries in Germany and UK. In my role as CFO I was overall responsible for the Finance, Legal and HR functions.

Coca-Cola Drycker Sverige, part of the global Coca-Cola Bottling System produce, sell and distribute all the brands owned by The Coca-Cola Company throughout Sweden. Turnover in the Swedish business was approximately 3.500 million SEK. In my role as Business Control and Planning Manager I was responsible for ensuring a sufficient financial reporting to owners and the management team and to manage the planning process throughout the company. Focus was on building an efficient Business Controller structure in the organization in close cooperation with Business Unit Managers. I lead a highly skilled, cross-functional group of 8 controllers and reported directly to the CFO.

Swedish local Management Consultant firm specialized in business improvements by developing processes, organizations and IT solutions. I was part of a consultant group specialized in implementing ERP-systems (SAP), Management Control Systems, Business Process Re-engineering, Shared Service Centers etc.

First six months of the assignment I assisted the Project Director in preparing a major SAP Project in Nordic Bottling Operations. This included preparing the Business Case, project planning, preparing the project budget, recruiting the project organization etc. During the implementation of the pilot solution in the Swedish organisation I assumed the role as SAP Team Lead for the financial module (FI/CO). Later during the nordic roll-out of the in scope applications I was overall responsible for managing the application Team Leads.

I coordinated, developed and implemented “best practice” policies and procedures in the financial and operational functions during the build-up of Coca-Cola Drycker Sverige as an independent bottler within the Coca-Cola system.

As Senior Auditor my main responsibilies was to lead the audit on-site including audit planning, coaching of team assistants, solving more complicated accounting issues and communication with client Finance Department. In addition I was also appointed Internal Quality Auditor ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 within Aurthur Andersen Sweden.
