IT Project Manager/Solution Architect for project called SCOTTY (Digitalization of Order to Invoice). Project goal, "Automate and digitalize the order to invoice (OTI) process at Nynas Naphthenics secondary distribution to achieve improved operational efficiency". Below was the scope in question:Order entry was done in 20 affiliates across the world. Products was stored in 22 third party storage terminals (bulk tanks and packed warehouses) and delivered to approximately 2.500 customers by over 140 different transport companies. Around around 42.000 loads on trucks per year. Approximately 15 different customs agents around the world who manage export/import documents. Product quality assurance done by 18 different independent inspection companies

Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR) project. Project goal "Reduce the number of application by 50 % in Nynas application portfolio, to be able to achieve Nynas objectives: "operation excellence and attract, develop & retain technical talent". From 570 to 235 applications within 3-5 years.The project was divided into two phases:* Phase 1, update and information gathering of the application portfolio. Completed and approved 2018-Dec.* Phase 2, anchoring and execution.Before this project started I was responsible for a “clean-up” phase, during 2017-2018 the application portfolio went from ~1200 to ~600 application.

Strategic role that included the following:* Managing Nynas architectural principles, policies and guidelines for Information Systems and IT solutions at Nynas.* Managing Service and Application Portfolio Management, Solution Design Management, New functionality and application request management and Nynas CMDB model.* Responsible for the development of new policies, standards and guidelines that support the development, implementation and use of "Information Technology" within Nynas.* Involved in annual audit of the IT strategy.* Report to the CIO and support the CIO in strategic decisions.
