At Grill’nSmoke BBQ Catering BV the name says it all: I worked as a barbecue cook when catering at weddings and company parties ranging from 30 up to even 800 people. In the few years there, I have been given the chance to grow from an assistant to managing entire catering jobs. Yet, while preparing excellent food is the job description, I personally love the social interaction that comes with it the most.
