The Swedish Defence University (SEDU) contributes to national and international security through research and education. We are a highly specialised university that focuses on defence, crisis management and security. I am the liaison officer towards the Swedish Armed Forces.

The Guards Regiment is the Swedish Armed Forces' largest unit, and is tasked with a large number of diverse responsibilities running from ceremonial duties to counter intelligence missions.My responibility was to manage the regimens long term plannning.

The Swedish Armed Forces needs a strategic approach regarding information management. I´m tasked to develop this approach.

I’m assigned to the Implementation of SAP in the Armed Forces (Project PRIO) and my primary task is to act as the direct reporting Special Advisor to the flag officer in charge of the project. As directed by the admiral, I support the various Team Leaders in their subprojects.My secondary task is to plan for the deactivation of the project as the tasks are transferred to the line organization.

Deputy Director and supervisor of the division's 26 employees. Member of MCAD (Military Civilian Advisory Division) management. MCAD supervise and support the stand up and training of a civilian-controlled Kosovo Security Force. The Deputy Director were KFOR POC towards Kosovo Defense structure and MCAD POC towards NATO headquarters in Europe. The division were multinational and all work was carried out in English.

The Armed Forces are in a business reformation phase. We need to get a more efficient production of our services. PPP is the main method for this transformation, either for maintaining the production internal or having someone else providing it for us. In Public-Private Partnership (PPP) the Armed Forces first define the functional and qualitative requirements for services/necessities/facilities. This, among other things, is done in a 20-step program monitored by the PPP-department. Thereafter it is the private players who, in the contract dialogue with the principal, propose, develop and provide what is requested on the basis of established requirements. To make the PPP consistent there was a need for a PPP-strategy for the Armed Forces. A project was formed to produce this strategy and add guidelines for using it in reality.The Armed Forces needs to reformation in order to get a more efficient production of our services. This was a startup of a ned MultiNational Task Force (MNTF). My task was to establish a FMB and head Finance, Accounting and Procurement in this operation.Heading the financial management board (FMB) in the EUFOR 13 nation coalision, where all decisions had to be taken in consensus.

Member of the Supreme Commander ’s Staff (Co-ordination). This small department is a hub that coordinates all matters involving more than one branch of the Headquarter.

The project delivered a solution that made it possible for suppliers to bill the Swedish Armed Forces electronically, in a fully automated and highly secured way, through our firewalls directly into the accounting system.

Responsible for the financial directives, budgeting process, investments, and the annual (and quarterly) financial statements.During this period I represented the Marines and Navy in the project to development of a new budgeting system for the Sw AF. The result is still in use and is called FM PUB.

In the beginning as an IT-specialist and at the end as sales representative. I was an Apple Certified Engineer (ACE) during this period. During this time Avancera i Malmö AB was the 3rd largest Apple Center in Sweden.

As head systems engineer I was responsible for training, planning, organizing and conducting maintenance and error recovery on all systems on a number of naval fighting ships. Whenever all systems where up an running I was second in command in the combat control center.
