Senior Associate at the Corporate Finance department in Stockholm. The department is called Valuation and Strategy. My main responsibilities were corporate valuation and valuation of patents, corporate brands, trademarks and PPA (purchase price allocation valuations). I have been involved in, and acted as a project manager in several valuations of companies and their brands. My work included all steps from initial meeting, valuation and finally presentation. I was working for the Nordic area in Dublin Ireland. Responsible for a joint Nordic company as chief accountant and responsible for Nordic Intercompany trading. Highly involved in the European and Local reporting process and responsible for implementing changes in the reporting policy for the Nordic area. I was also working with general accounting, revenue analysis and fixed assets for Sweden.I was the project manager when implementing a new General Ledger system in the Nordic countries.
